Hello guys! Today I am going to give you a secret meditation for the topic “How to get better results in exams.”

What is meditation?

Meditation is an ancient wellness practise that focuses on the training for creating awareness and attention. From recent research, it has been known that meditation can reduce, stress and anxiety, improve focus and increase feelings of calm and relaxation.

What are the benefits of meditation?

1. Better focus and concentration.

2. Reduce stress.

3. Control pain.

4. Help manage anxiety and depression.

Why should students meditate daily?

Students who meditate have got the following benefits –

How to meditate?

1. Sit in a quiet space – Make sure there is nothing to disturb or distract you and your phone should be on silent.

2. Sit comfortably – Use a cushion blanket or chair. Sit straight, but don’t tense up; your body should feel relaxed.

3. Breathe gently. Focus your attention on your breathing. Use this as your anchor. Alternatively, you can begin with a body scan: focus on each part of the body, down from your toes and up to your head, pausing to notice the sensations.

 

 So, now let us move on to our meditation

 First select a place which is comfortable to sit, except your bed. Now gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out. Again take a deep breath in and out. Now repeat the positive affirmations that I am going to tell you in your mind.

1.         I enjoy my studies and I get good marks in my exams.

2.         I have the spark of learning new things in me.

3.         I am always ready for gaining knowledge.

4.         I have a good memory and concentration power.

5.         I have a good concentration power. So, the lessons I read are easily learnt by me.

6.         I have a strong memory power so the lessons that I have learnt are easily remembered by me in the exams.

7.         I have a good writing speed so I can finish my paper on time.

8.         I enjoy my studies and exams.

9.         I am always ready for my exams. Before exams I am able to finish all my preparations.

10.  I know that exams are a golden opportunity to prove myself.

11.   I give all my exams with full confidence.

12.  I am capable of scoring good marks in all the subjects very easily.

13.  During the time of examination my will power becomes stronger.

14.   I am always ready to learn new things.

15.  I am a fast learner and my brain can process the information very fast.

16.  I have full control of my mind and body.

17.  I can forget negative emotions, negative friends and negative thinking very easily.
